Practice Your Skills Often

It is important to review your cpr knowledge often so when an emergency arises you are able to act quickly. In addition to official certifications like BLS and HeartSaver, I offer a$35 Friends and Family class that teaches the life saving skills of CPR without providing an official certification. This is for anyone...babysitters, parents, grandparents, and anyone else who doesn’t need an official certification for a job. This is also a great way to review your skills and learn the most update knowledge even if you have been through a CPR course in the past. Practicing your skills is imperative to ensure you will perform CPR effectively if ever needed. I only use manikins with feedback devices for rate and depth.
